The information is provided only for the Owner’s website and not for other websites that the user may consult through links from the Site. Place of data processing
The processing operations connected to the web services of this website take place at the aforementioned registered office of the data controller and are carried out only by technical personnel in charge of processing. If necessary, the data related to some services may be processed by the staff of companies that provide maintenance of the technological part of the Site (these subjects are appointed as data processors according to art. 28 EU Reg. 2016/679) the offices of these companies.
Categories of personal data processed.
Personal data. What is personal data? Personal data identifies or makes identifiable, directly or indirectly, a natural person and can provide details of their characteristics, habits, lifestyle, personal relationships, health, economic situation, etc…
Personal data are divided into:
- Standard data: those that allow direct identification, such as personal data (e.g. name and surname, pictures, etc.);
- Special categories of data: art. 9 EU Reg. 2016/679 personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as the processing of genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, data concerning the person’s health or sex life or sexual orientation.
- Judicial data: art. 10 EU Reg. 2016/679 all those data that may reveal the existence of specific judicial measures subject to registration in the criminal record (e.g. final criminal conviction measures, conditional release, prohibition or obligation to stay, alternative measures to detention) or the status of defendant or suspect.
- Browsing data: in the course of regular operation, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire specific personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature, could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or the domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the Site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the answer given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment. These data are used for the sole purpose to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. Purpose and legal basis of the processing
The Data Controller will process the personal data provided through positive and voluntary action by the interested party in compliance with the provisions of the GDPR for the administrative purposes of managing requests for information and/or services and consequent fulfilment of the legal and contractual obligations arising from the same. Therefore, the processing of the data is necessary for the completion of the obligations undertaken towards its users, the fulfilment of the obligations provided by law, Regulation or Community legislation, and the exercise of its rights in court.
Optional provision of data

Communication and dissemination of data

Processing methods and storage
The processing will be carried out in automated electronic and manual form, using methods and tools designed to ensure maximum security and confidentiality by persons specifically appointed for this purpose in compliance with the provisions of art. 5 EU Reg. 2016/679. The data are stored at the Data Controller’s premises or at the premises of third parties identified from time to time to follow up on the services to be provided for the time strictly necessary for the above purposes and in any case not exceeding the period prescribed by law. Following current legislation, specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorised access. Personal data are kept for a period not exceeding the purposes for which the data were collected and subsequently processed unless transformed into an anonymous form.
Duration of processing
The personal subject data are kept for the periods specified below, as indicated in paragraph 2 by Article 13(2) of Regulation 2016/679. The personal data provided will be stored (in electronic archives) until they are deleted by the user who has registered on the Site unless the need for further storage arises to allow the Data Controller to defend its rights.
Exercise of rights by the data subject
According to Articles 15 – 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the data subject may at any time exercise the following rights vis-à-vis the Data Controller: he/she has the right to ask the Data Controller for access to his/her data, to rectify or erase them, to supplement the data or to limit the processing concerning him/her or to object to their processing, in the cases provided for; he/she has the right to complain with the Supervisory Authority (Garante della Privacy) if he/she believes that his/her data have been processed unlawfully, which can be reached at the website www. garanteprivacy.it; The Data Controller guarantees that any rectification or cancellation or restriction of processing carried out at the request of the data subject – unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort – will be communicated by the Data Controller to each of the recipients to whom the personal data have been transmitted. The Data Controller shall inform the data subject of such recipients if the data subject so requests; You may also withdraw your consent at any time for the purposes indicated above; The exercise of your rights is not subject to any formal constraints and you will be provided with a reply in writing within the time limits set out in the legislation (unless you specifically request an oral reply); To exercise these rights, you may contact the Data Controller at any time. How we protect personal data
We process all personal data with particular regard to protecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of natural persons. We regularly check and evaluate the effectiveness of the technical measures taken to ensure the security of the processing (from art.32 of the Regulation).
